Physiotherapy

With over 30 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, I can zero in quickly on your issue and get you results. My practice is focused on hands-on care using a blend of orthopedic and osteopathic techniques.

Anita Allen-Rudzitis

Anita Allen Graduated from the University of Toronto in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Over her 30+ year career, she has taken numerous courses in manual therapy, myofascial release, acupuncture, and cranial sacral therapy.

Her practice is open to all ages, including infants and neurodiverse individuals. Anita offers a trauma-informed approach to care.
